Project Manager
Required to provide project leadership throughout all phases of the project
lifecycle, from the initiation and planning phases through production
support, including forecasting, setting objectives, and determining courses
of action.
The Project Manager is responsible for creating and/or organizing client
deliverables, facilitating detailed
design and development project meetings, planning and managing detailed
design and development activities, conducting quality assurance testing, and
managing the client through user acceptance. Ultimately, the Project Manager
manages project scope, customer expectations, and project budget.
Responsibilities :Manage software and website development teams in a
leadership role Engage in business analysis, requirements gathering, and
documentation Regularly communicate and coordinate with customer personnel
and internal team members Assist in a sales support role. Manage customer
relationships and customer satisfaction Manage profitability of projects
Develop project estimates and budgets Coach and mentor team members
Qualifications :5+ years of technology-related project management and
business analysis experience 5+ years of software development project team
experience Firm understanding of traditional Software Development Life Cycle
(SDLC) methodologies Undergraduate degree Ability to move projects forward,
prioritize tasks, and resolve project issues with minimal supervision.
Requires excellent analytical ability, facilitative,
consultative, communication skills and strong problem solving. Ability to
comprehend, analyze and communicate the "big picture" and proactively manage
new business opportunities during the course of a project. Experience with
use case development tools, best practices, and concepts in addition to the
production of use case, process flow, and functional requirements
documentation is also needed.
